Introduction to FFS: Enacted by Parliament, the Federal Fire Service operates under the Ministry of Interior, working collaboratively with various departments to mitigate, prevent, and respond to fires and emergencies. These departments include Operations, Investigation, Inspectorate and Enforcement, Administration and Supply, Finance and Accounts, Policy, Planning, Research, and Statistics, and the National Fire Academy.
